Ballet uniforms for Pink and Purple classes are available from the Island Dance office. We also stock black jazz shoes and Bloch sneakers. To order, please download and complete the relevant order form below and hand it to the class teacher or mail it, together with payment, to Island Dance, 2A Brilliance Court, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, Hong Kong. Please make cheques payable to Island Dance Ltd. You will be notified if your order is not currently in stock. Please write student's name, class time and venue on the back of your cheque. Orders without payment will hold no priority.
