Performing at the Hong Kong Youth Arts Festival’s ‘Dance 4 All’ programme – helping to raise awareness and publicity for children’s theatre, dance and fine art here in HK.
Individual teachers have given their expertise and choreographic talents to various Theatre company productions. Most recently the choreography for ‘Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat’, ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ and Witness Productions ‘Who do you say that I am?’ – raising significant funds and community awareness for Hong Kong children charities and orphanages.
Performing at Government House in 1997 and 1998, alongside both Chris Patten and Tung Chee-wha. We have also been invited to perform for the ex-British Prime Minister – The Right Honorable John Major.
Hosting and organising ‘Dance to the Heart Beat’ … holding Hong Kong’s first ever Disco Dance-a-thon and a successful Black Tie Dinner Dance. Raising $90,000 through just ONE DAY of dance – proceeds went to the British Heart Foundation in 1994, where we were thanked and awarded a prize for being the second largest fundraiser that year.
Choreographing and Performing at Parkview’s Suicide Prevention Charity Bazaar since 1999.
Supporting the Christina Noble Foundation Balls, Girl Guide days, Variety Children’s Charity functions, the Autism Partnership Foundation, and various Church and seasonal events.
Participating in one of the biggest attractions of the year, the popular Multi-Cultural Festival, for 14 years.
Giving all fees from the first week of start of term to the Red Cross collection for Tsunami Victims.
Performing at International and Local School Fairs to raise funds for Parent Teacher Associations every year. |
